Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs soft
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika divided
1/4 Teaspoon Curry Powder (up to 1/2)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
1 Unit Pepper dash
1 Pound Catfish (up to 10)
4 Tablespoons Butter melted

Directions:

1. Preheat broiler and broiling pan.

2. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings. Spread mixture evenly over each fillet.

3. Generously grease hot broiling pan and place fillets on it.

4. Drizzle 2 Tbsp melted butter over fillets; set pan 3 in.

5. from heat and broil for 3 minutes. Baste with remaining butter and broil for 3 minutes more.
