Ingredients:

1 Cup Provolone Cheese 1 Cup Provolone cheese Shredded
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup Cheddar cheese shredded
Pound Macaroni Pound Macaroni or
2 Packages Macaroni 2 Packages Macaroni uncooked
1/4 Pound Bacon 1/4 Pound Bacon diced
1 Onion 1 Onion (9 ounces), peeled
1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Pound Ground beef lean
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper hot red
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic salt and pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano 1 Teaspoon Oregano ; crushed
4 Ounces Mushrooms 4 Ounces Can mushrooms
2 Cans Tomato Sauce 2 Cans (8 oz) tomato sauce

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.

2. Brown bacon, add onion. Drain. Mix in beef, sauce, seasoning, mushrooms and cooked macaroni.

3. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour 1/2 of the mixture in a large greased casserole dish.

4. Cover with 1/2 of the cheeses. Add remaining macaroni mixture and add the rest of the cheese.
