1 Teaspoon Lemon rind strips
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Unit Egg yolk (optional)
1/4 Cup Butter softened
2 1/2 Pounds Cream Cheese softened
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
3 1/2 Teaspoons Flour whole wheat
1/2 Teaspoon Orange rind strips
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon rind strips
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
5 Unit Eggs separated, plus 2 egg yolks
2 Unit Eggs yolks (up to)
1/4 Cup Cream heavy

1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan.

2. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees F Combine filling ingredients; mix well and pour into baked crust.

3. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Reduce to 200 degrees F for 1 hour.
