Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Sugar for sprinkling
1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier Liqueur or Cognac
2 Cups Sour Cream warmed

Directions:

1. Whisk the sour cream, sugar, and Grand Marnier in a medium sized bowl.

2. Spread the mixture over the top of the cheesecake and bake the cheesecake for 5 additional minutes.

3. Cool and chill overnight. Garnish with coarsely chopped macadamia nuts.
