Ingredients:

1 Unit Potato or Betty Crocker
3 Cups Water if desired
1/3 Cup Skim Milk at boiling point
1 Unit Cauliflower
1 Unit Bread Crumbs

Directions:

1. This is a great dish in a rush.

2. Take a box of those Cheddar Potatoes Au Gratin by Hungry Jack or Betty Crocker.

3. The package says 1 gram of fat for the entire mix.

4. Spread potatoes in a elongated pan and add 3 cups of water.

5. Microwave for 10 minutes. Add cheese mix with 1/3 cup of nonfat milk.

6. Add any variety of thawed veggies. I used broccoli and cauliflower.

7. Mix with potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle on top of mix with fine bread crumbs.

8. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until brown on top.

9. Eat and serve. PS: The idea came from the box where they suggested adding ham, turkey, too.
