Cheesy Spinach Squares

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper ground
1/3 Cup Flour plus extra flour for dredging
2 Eggs Hard Cooked
1 Cup Milk (up to 2)
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg or allspice
1 Teaspoon Salt (if using water)
1 Tablespoon Butter melted
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 Green Onion finely chopped
1/4 Cup Sweet Red Pepper chopped
10 Ounces Frozen Spinach thawed &

Directions:

1. In a large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

2. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, milk and butter together.

3. Stir in cheese, spinach, red pepper and onion just until combined.

4. Pour into greased 11 X 7 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until set.

5. Let cool for 10 minutes, slice into squares and serve.
