Directions:
1. In a large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg.2. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, milk and butter together.3. Stir in cheese, spinach, red pepper and onion just until combined.4. Pour into greased 11 X 7 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until set.5. Let cool for 10 minutes, slice into squares and serve.
