1. Mix warm milk, melted butter, 2 eggs (beaten), yeast, salt and sugar.
2. Add flour to make a soft dough. Let stand in warm place until it rises double in size.
3. Roll small pieces of dough into strips about 8\" long and as thick as your finger; shape into circles or twist.
4. Lay flat on cookie sheet and brush with egg.
5. Let stand again for 2 hours. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown.
