Directions:
1. Blend sour cream and brown sugar; set aside.2. Combine biscuit mix, egg and milk. Mix until smooth.3. Heat oiled 6" skillet. Fry 2 Tbls biscuit mixture at a time until light brown, turn and brown.4. Fill each crepe with a portion of sour cream mixture.5. Roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish.6. Pour cherry pie filling over all. Bake at 350~ for 5 minutes.7. Pour orange extract over crepes; ignite to serve.
