Cherry Dessert Cake

Ingredients:
42 Ounces Cherry Pie Filling (21oz)
3 1/2 Cups Cake Mix
1 Cup Butter or margarine (up to 3)
3 Ounces Almonds for garnish, OR chopped, optional
1. Preheat oven to 350 F Pour cherry pie filling into a 13" x 9" pan.
2. Sprinkle BASIC CAKE MIX on top of pie filling.
3. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over top of mix.
4. Top with slivered almonds. Bake about 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
