3. In large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts and candies; set aside.
4. In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter (2-4 minutes).
5. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (2-4 minutes).
6. Boil 1 minute. Pour caramel mixture over cereal mixture; toss to coat well.
7. Press on bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Cool completely; cut into bars.
