1. In a heavy saucepan, mix together the sugar and corn syrup.
2. Stir constantly over medium to medium-high heat and bring to a rolling boil.
3. Boil 1/2 minute. Do not overcook. Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
4. Mix well. Place cereal in a large bowl. Pour syrup mixture over cereal and stir to coat.
5. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly salted wax paper.
