Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice to taste
3/4 Cup Dry White Wine preferably nonalcoholic white wine or vegetable stock
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil see * Note
4 1/2 Tablespoons Mild Chili Powder or use hot chili powder
9 Unit Cloves Of Garlic chopped
3 Unit Shallots chopped
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce about 5 shakes
2 Tablespoons Honey Or Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano
8 Chicken Breasts boneless with skin oregano sprigs optional

Directions:

1. Puree first 9 ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.

2. Using a meat mallet, pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap to 1/2" thickness.

3. Place chicken in 13" x 9" x 2" glass baking dish.
