Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil *
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar packed
1 Unit Parsley
2 Unit Chicken Breasts skinned quot
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or tamari, reduced-sodium kind
1 Tablespoon Ginger
3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds (optional)

Directions:

1. Heat oil in heavy skillet.

2. Add garlic and chicken. Saute over high heat for 3 minutes or until chicken is about half cooked.

3. Combine sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Add to chicken.

4. Continue to saute over high heat until most liquid is evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 4 minutes Remove from heat.

5. Chill. sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss before serving.

6. This is always the first food to go at buffets.
