Directions:
1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper in a plastic bag.2. Flour the chicken pieces and brown in the oil.3. Remove chicken and add the green pepper and garlic.4. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan with the tomatoes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper.5. Cover and simmer 35 minutes Add the mushrooms and cook 15 more minutes.
