Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil for frying
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 t.
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Pound Mushroom sliced
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning generous
2 Cloves Of Garlic sliced
1 Chicken Breast cut up
1 Can Plum Tomatoes (1-lb)

Directions:

1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper in a plastic bag.

2. Flour the chicken pieces and brown in the oil.

3. Remove chicken and add the green pepper and garlic.

4. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan with the tomatoes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper.

5. Cover and simmer 35 minutes Add the mushrooms and cook 15 more minutes.
