1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil for frying
2 Teaspoons Salt 1 t.
2 Teaspoons Sugar (for decoration)
6 Ounces Tomato Paste (6 ounce)
1 Bay Leaf torn into small
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper (opt)
1/4 Cup Flour seasoned with
1 Centiliter Garlic peeled
1 Chicken Breast cut up
1 Can Tomato (28 oz)
8 White Onions peeled

1. Rub chicken with garlic.

2. Mince garlic and save. Combine flour, 1 tsp salt, and pepper in large paper bag; shake chicken pieces until coated.

3. Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown chicken a few pieces at a time on all sides; drain on absorbent paper.

4. Pour off any oil remaining in pan. Return chicken to Dutch oven.

5. Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, sugar, 1 tsp salt, and bay leaf.

6. Cover. Basting occasionally with sauce in the pan, simmer 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
