Ingredients:

1 Cup Skim Evaporated Milk (one 12-ounce can)
4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard (or coarse- grained)
4 Tablespoons Flour seasoned with
6 Tablespoons Chicken Broth fat free
8 Chicken Breasts halves, boned &
1 Can Hearts Artichokes drained and sliced(14 1/2 oz)

Directions:

1. In a large non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute chicken in 6 tablespoons chicken broth.

2. Remove from pan. Add flour to pan and stir until smooth.

3. You might need to add 2 or 3 more tablespoons liquid Butter Buds if it is too dry.

4. Stir in 2 cups broth and skim milk. Next add mustard.

5. Add artichoke hearts and simmer chicken in sauce for 30 minutes.
