8 Unit Chicken Breasts
1 Unit All-Purpose Flour for dredging
1 Unit Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced
1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice up to 2
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley chopped
1 Unit Lemon for garnish

1. Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet.

2. Coat chicken with flour; season with salt and pepper.

3. Melt margarine in large skillet. Add chicken and garlic.

4. Cook over medium heat until chicken is tender on all sides.

5. Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm.

6. Add lemon juice to skillet, scraping drippings from bottom of pan.

7. Bring to boil; boil 1 minute or until slightly thickened.

8. Stir in parsley. Pour sauce over chicken. Garnish with lemon slices.
