4 Chicken Breasts skin on per person
2 Eggs beaten
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Parsley snipped
1/2 Cup Flour (to 4 1/2 cups)
2 Tablespoons Green Onions chopped chopped
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs coarse
1/4 Pound Butter small lump

1. emove bones and skin from chicken breasts and pound out to 1/8 inch hick.

2. Cut Butter into quarters and lay one in center of ea ch chicken iece.

3. Evenly divide Onions and Parsley between breasts.

4. Roll ea ch p into a log and secure with a toothpick.

5. Mix Eggs and Water. Roll a ch log in flour, then dip in Egg and cover with bread crumbs.

6. Wrap n plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

7. eep fry until brown, then bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
