Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons Butter small lump
6 Unit Chicken Livers trimmed, sliced
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper black
2 Unit Anchovy finely chopped
1/2 Cup Stock chicken
3 Slices Butter trimmed and cut in 1/2)
2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs coarse
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

1. Melt butter in skillet.

2. Saute chicken livers, chop the livers with pepper and anchovy fillets until well blended.

3. Return mixture to skillet and add stock. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Place mixture on toast. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese.
