Ingredients:

2 Potatoes cut into /4-inch slices
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder flaked
3 Tablespoons Picante Sauce
2 Tablespoons Green Onions
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Unit Ripe Olives drained

Directions:

1. Arrange potato slices on a large microwave safe platter; sprinkle with garlic powder.

2. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

3. rotating dish once. Combine chicken, picante sauce and onions in a medium bowl; stir well.

4. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each potato round Sprinkle with cheese and top with an olive slice.

5. Cover and microwave at high for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
