1. Preheat oven to 475F Cut each chicken breast half into 8 pieces.
2. Mix oil, garlic, and pepper with chicken pieces and marinate about 30 minutes.
3. Combine bread crumbs, made with 2 to 3 slices of French or other bread, and cayenne and place on plate.
4. Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs and place on large cookie sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
6. For extra browning, broil for a few more minutes.
7. Combine honey and mustard. Dip nuggets into honey-mustard sauce.
