1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or less
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder up to 1 Tbs
3/4 Cup Water or orange juice
1 Cup Celery chopped
2 Onions chopped
4 teaspoons Garlic minced
1 Teaspoon Oregano dried
1/4 Teaspoon Flakes Red Pepper dried
1 Pound Pork Cutlet ground
1 Sweet Red Pepper sweet red
1 Green Bell Pepper green
2 Cans Tomatoes diced
1 Can Beans kidney
1 Can Tomato Paste 6 oz.can
2 Teaspoons Sugar brown

1. In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain.

2. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
