1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Salad Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic minced
2 Unit Beef Bouillon Cubes
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Bell,Large, Cut in strips
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger finely grated
6 Unit Green Onions cut in 1/4& quot
4 Unit Celery cut diagonally 1/4&
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch divided
3 Green Bell Peppers cut in 1/2"
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce low-sodium

1. Shape meat into 18 small patties.

2. In large skillet over med. heat, in hot oil, brown patties and garlic; pour off fat.

3. Add beef bouillon, pepper, ginger and 1 3/4 cups hot water.

4. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Add vegetables; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. In cup, combine cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water; stir into mixture in skillet.

6. Cook, covered 7 to 10 minutes til celery is tender crisp.
