2 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sesame Paste
1 Tablespoon Water or orange juice
1 Teaspoon Peanut Oil for deep-frying

Directions:

1. Combine vinegar, cold water and oil, blending well.

2. Gradually stir in sesame paste (see recipe) to blend.

3. Then season with salt and pepper to taste. VARIATION: In step 1, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce or a pinch of powdered mustard.
