A fun project to do with the kids!

Ingredients:

2 lbs Confectionery Sugar
1 cup Butter
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
12 oz Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients (except chocolate) thoroughly. Shape into eggs and chill for 30 minutes.

2. Melt milk chocolate chips in double boiler.

3. Dip eggs in chocolate.

4. After cooling, you may decorate with colored icing if desired.
