Ingredients:

4 Cups Heavy Cream 4 Cups Heavy cream
12 Unit Eggs 12 Unit Egg yolks (up to 5)
1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Frangelico 1/2 Cup Frangelico Liqueur
1 Cup Hazelnut 1 Cup Toasted hazelnuts crushed
1 Unit Chocolate 1 Unit Chocolate Cake Scraps (use a store bought chocolate pound cake)
1/2 Pound Semisweet Chocolate 1/2 Pound Semisweet chocolate chopped
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 1/2 Cup Heavy cream or half & half
2 Tablespoons Butter 2 Tablespoons Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2. Crumble cake into 5 ounce or 6 ounce custard cups.

3. Heat cream until boiling and remove. Whisk yolks, sugar, and Frangelico.

4. Pour in hot cream, combine and add the nuts. Pour into the custard cups and put cups into large baking dish.

5. Fill the dish with water half way up the cups.

6. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes. Serve chilled w. warm chocolate sauce.

7. For sauce: Place cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

8. Remove from heat and whisk in chopped chocolate and butter until smooth.
