Ingredients:

3/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 t.
4 Tablespoons Butter or margarine Softened
4 Eggs Hard Cooked
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour (see NOTE1)
2 1/2 Cups Milk up to 1
1/2 Cup Honey plus extra for garnish
1/2 Cup Chocolate Syrup plus extra for garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Place a 10 1/2 x 3" round baking dish in the oven for 10 minutes to warm.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, honey, chocolate syrup, milk, and salt.

4. Beat well with an electric mixer. Add the flour and beat until smooth.

5. Remove the baking dish from the oven and add the butter.

6. When the butter has melted, pour in the chocolate-honey batter.

7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with additional chocolate syrup and honey.

8. The souffle' deflates rapidly - so serve immediately.
