1 Cup Cream (or top milk)
6 Ounces Chocolate semi-sweet

1. Melt the chocolate carefully into the cream.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil. Cool for at least an hour and whip until stiff.

3. Refrigerate overnight. Add rum and pipe into serving glasses.

4. Dust with sugar and chocolate shavings and serve.
