Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients:

1 3/4 Cups Graham Crackers --or-
1/4 Cup Sugar brown
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
1 1/2 Cups Milk (evaporated is best)
6 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate broken into pieces
12 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips coarsely chopped (3
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar packed
8 Ounces Egg Substitute
2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional
1 Unit Pecan garnish
1 Unit Whipped Cream garnish

Directions:

1. Prepare crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix until crumbs are moistened.

3. Press onto bottom of 10-inch springform pan.

4. Bake until set, 8 minutes. Cool completely. Heat milk to a boil; keep hot.

5. Combine chocolate and sugar in food processor.

6. Slowly add hot milk. Blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

7. Add egg substitute and vanilla; mix well. Transfer to cooled crust.

8. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight. Arrange pecans around edge and garnish with whipped cream.
