This recipe is a cinch--most of the ingredients can be found in any household, and at most it requires 10 minutes of preparation time. This is a great way to combine oatmeal and chocolate.


1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Sugar
3 cups Oatmeal
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Coconut
2 1/2 Tablespoon Cocoa

1. Mix butter, sugar, water and cocoa together, bring to a boil for 30 seconds.

2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal or coconut.

3. Drop on wax paper and let harden.
