2. Put lid on blender and blend on high until smooth.
3. Add remaining chocolate milk and vanilla. Blend some more.
4. Pour mixture into glasses. Add 1 scoop of ice cream to each glass.
5. Gradually pour 1/3 cup of carbonated water down the inside of each glass.
