Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cocoa baking
3/4 Cup Sugar (up to 6)
2 1/2 Cups Water hot
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional
2. Heat on medium, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a boil.
3. Turn off heat, and stir in vanilla. Chill. Freeze according to your ice cream maker's.
