1/2 Cup Lima Bean (17 oz.) drained
3 Cloves Of Garlic minced, (I used more)
15 Ounces Tomato Sauce 8 ozs
1/2 Cup Barley (pale malt)
1/2 Cup Kidney Beans canned/drained
1/2 Cup Great Northern Bean drained (15 oz)
3 Onions diced
3 Pounds Potatoes chunked

1. Soak beans overnight in a lg.

2. bowl. Drain and cull any dried-out beans. Saute onions and garlic in a few Tbsp water until onions are translucent.

3. Add barley and beans and cover with water by at least 2".

4. Bring to boil and cook 30 min over low heat.

5. Add potatoes and tomato sauce and cook 30 min more.

6. Place cholent in a crockpot overnight or in a 200 deg F oven for 8 hrs.
