Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Onion Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika (to taste)
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil or bacon grease
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper black, cracked
1 Teaspoon Celery Salt (beau monde)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt pepper, and tabasco to taste
2 Cups Dry Bread Crumbs seasoned with salt
1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine in a bowl: Blend ingredients with fork or pastry blender until well mixed.

2. Keeps unrefrigerated in tightly covered container.

3. When ready to use: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4. put 1/2 c. coating mix in plastic or paper bag.

5. Moisten chicken pieces with water or milk and shake one piece at a time in bag.

6. Add more mix as needed. Lay chicken skin-side up in greased pan and bake 1 hour or until tender.

7. No turning needed. Option: Use for fish fillets.
