Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.2. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff.3. Gradually beat in the sugar, oil, and vanilla.4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.5. Work into the whipped egg white mixture to form a stiff dough.6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet.7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the tops of the cookies feel set.8. Cool on a rack, then store in an airtight container.
