Ingredients:

1 Cup Coconut flaked
2 1/2 Cups Sugar (mithai special)
6 Cups Whole Milk scalded

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients except color and essence.

2. Cook on high flame till it thickens. Add color and essence.

3. Pour onto a greased thali and cut into cubes when cooled.

4. Garnish with blanched almonds and pistachios.
