Consomme Rice

No fancy ingredients, you probably have them on hand. Dresses up plain old rice into something special. Recipe is so easy a child could make it.
1. Saute celery, onions and garlic in margarine until transparent.
2. Wash rice; place in casserole. Pour in vegetables and drained mushrooms.
3. Add undiluted consomme, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
