Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Sour Cream (I use fat free)

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (6 to 8)

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (30 ml)

1/2 Pound Mushroom chopped fine

1 Onion sliced and minced

Directions:

1. Fry the onion in the oil until soft and limp.

2. Add mushrooms and cook until just barely soft.

3. Add seasoning and other ingredients. Chill well before serving time.

4. This is nice served with thin tomato slices or spread on crackers.
