Coronado Salad Ring

Ingredients:

1 Package Jello
1 Package Lemon (3oz. each)
2 Cups Water
10 Ounces Cottage Cheese
1 Can Crushed Pineapple WELL drained No 2
Cup Walnut
1 Cup Heavy Cream not whipped (I assume that means heavy cream?)
1 Cup Mayonnaise ;
1 Tablespoon Horseradish Sauce (or to taste)

Directions:

1. dissolve the jellos in hot water.

2. Add remaining ingredients in the order given.

3. Place in ring mold and refrigerate until firm.

4. When ready to serve, unmold onto a platter and fill center with fresh strawberries.
