Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cups Couscous
3/4 Cup Raisin soaked for an hour in:
1/2 Teaspoon Water
1/2 Cup Margarine or butter l/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
2. Stir in boiling water. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
3. Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted.
4. Stir in couscous and turmeric. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
