Ingredients:

2 Unit Rye Bread
2 Unit Rye Bread
2 Unit Swiss Cheese
8 Ounces Crab Meat flaked
6 Tablespoons Green Onions
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise ;
1/8 Teaspoon Hot Sauce (opt.)

Directions:

1. Butter one side of each piece of bread.

2. This will be the outside of the sandwich. On the un-buttered side place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread.

3. Combine remaining ingredients. Top one slice with crabmeat filling.

4. Close to make a sandwich. On a non-stick pan grill the sandwich butter side to pan.

5. Brown slightly on each side and cook until cheese is melted.
