Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 t.
2 Cups Sugar (for decoration)
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine Softened
1 1/2 Cups Orange Juice chilled
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda (dissolved in a little warm water)
2 Cups Walnuts (1 1/2 to 2)
4 Cups Flour plus additional
2 Tablespoons Oranges rind
2 Eggs beaten
1 Package Cranberry halved

Directions:

1. Combine flour, sugar, powder, soda, and salt.

2. Cut in butter until consistency of cornmeal.

3. In separate bowl, combine OJ, rind, and eggs.

4. Form a well in flour mixture. Pour in OJ mixture.
