Cranberry Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Wonderful sweet potato side dish. Thanksgiving Favorite!!!

Ingredients:

8 Sweet Potatoes cooked, peeled and sliced lengthwise
1 1/2 Cranberry Sauce
4 tablespoons Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons Butter melted

Directions:

1. Place sweet potatoes in a shallow baking pan.

2. Mix cranberry sauce and juices and spoon over the sweet potatoes.

3. Blend corn syrup and melted butter and pour over the mixture.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
