3/4 Cup Water 3/4 Cup Water reserved from cooking
1 Unit Margarine 1 Unit Stick of margarine
1 1/2 Unit Unsweetened Chocolate 1 1/2 Unit Sq. of unsweetened chocolate
1 Package Cream Cheese 1 Package 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 Cup Sugar 1/3 Cup Sugar (up to 6)
1 Unit Egg 1 Unit Egg Yolks slightly beaten
2 Cups Sugar 2 Cups Sugar (up to 6)
2 Cups Flour 2 Cups Flour seasoned salt/pepper
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Teaspoon Baking soda level - dissol ved in milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (I used reduced sodium)
2 Unit Eggs 2 Unit Eggs separated, plus 2 egg yolks
1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 Cup Sour cream
1 Package Chocolate Chips 1 Package 6 oz. chocolate chips

1. Combine water, chocolate and margarine; melt.

2. Boil for 1 minute then remove from heat. Add combined dry ingredients then add eggs and sour cream.

3. Mix well. Use a mixer to blend cream cheese and sugar.

4. Add egg and mix until fluffy. Layer chocolate, cream cheese and chocolate chips in pan.
