3. Mix well and spread into a 9X13" pan. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Let cool. Mix 2 boxes pudding, 8 oz. cream cheese and 3 cups milk until well mixed.
5. Spread over cream puff layer. Let set in refrigerator until set.
6. Before serving cover with Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
