2. Add flour all at once, stir hard over low heat about 1 minute, until mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one until velvety and smoothly.
4. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 400 degrees F 35 -40 minutes. Don't open oven for the first 15 minutes or they will fall.
6. While still warm cut them horizontally in half.
7. Cool completely; fill with chocolate bar filling and glaze with chocolate glaze.
