Great side dish for a chicken dinner, or a nice snack on a cold winter day.

Ingredients:

20 oz Spinach frozen packages of chopped
4 slices Bacon
1 Onion minced
2 Garlic minced cloves
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper fresh black
2 cups Milk

Directions:

1. Thaw and drain spinach well, and squeeze out excessive moisture with hands; chop finely and set aside.

2. Fry bacon until crisp; remove, drain, and chop.

3. Saute' onion and garlic in bacon drippings; add flour seasoned salt and pepper and blend thoroughly.

4. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

5. Add spinach and bacon; heat and serve.
