1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion Chopped, 1 Md
4 Ounces Mushrooms 1 cn
10 3/4 Ounces Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 Cn
1 Cup Celery Sliced, 2 Stalks
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1/4 Cup Pimento Sliced
1 Cup Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1 Teaspoon Salt approximately
4 Ounces Noodles Uncooked, Abt 2 C

1. Cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown.

2. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the UNDRAINED mushroom pieces and the remaining ingredients.

3. Heat to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 25 minutes.

4. A small amount of water can be added if necessary.
