Ingredients:

1 Cup Graham Cracker
1/4 Cup Sugar confectioner'
1/4 Cup Margarine Melted
1 Unit Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 Cup Water
8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
1/2 Cup Sugar confectioner'
3/4 Cup Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
1 Cup Cream Whipped
1 Strawberry

Directions:

1. Combine Crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring- form pan.

2. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat untl dissolved.

3. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

4. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream.

5. Pour over crust; chill until firm. Top with strawberries before serving.
