Ingredients:

1 Cup Graham Cracker ; crushed
1 Cup Graham Cracker ; crushed
3 Tablespoons Sugar confectioner'
3 Tablespoons Margarine or butter soft
16 Ounces Cream Cheese room temp
3/4 Cup Sugar confectioner'
1/3 Cup Cocoa plus 2 Tbls
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
2 Unit Eggs up to 8
1 Cup Sour Cream or milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar confectioner'
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to

Directions:

1. Combine crumbs; sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9" springform pan.

2. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mixing on electric mixer until well blended.

3. Blend in eggs; pour into crust. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.

4. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake.

5. Bake at 425*, 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.

6. Cool; remove rim. Chill. From Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese Cookbook.
